The Organizing Committee of the 2022 Joint scientific meeting BVIKM-NVMM-NVII would like to invite you to submit an abstract for the meeting. The Organizing Committee will select a certain number of abstracts for a poster or oral session.
We especially welcome the residents in clinical microbiology, clinical biology, and internal medicine (infectiology) to submit their work. Poster recycling (e.g. your last ECCMID poster from Lisbon) is acceptable.
The friendly Organizing Committee will provide you with a nice opportunity to discuss your work in a pleasant environment (think: a warm bath instead of the icy waters in a gigantic meeting).
The deadline for submission is extended to Sunday 9 October 2022 – 24h.
Guideline for submission:
- Topics can be from all fields of microbiology and infectious diseases, i.e. basic research, validation of instruments or tests, epidemiology of certain infectious diseases, systematic review, case descriptions, association studies.
- The text of the abstract must be in English, not exceed 350 words
- Please include: Authors and affiliations, Title, Background (including context of research and goals), Methods and Results section. For a case series or case report, please be succinct and emphasize the learning points of the case.
